The Waynesboro Fellowship of Churches is sponsoring its 55th annual Waynesboro Area CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 4th. Registration begins at 1:30 pm, and the walk starts at 2 pm. Waynesboro honored beloved coach Kim Saunders, who died unexpectedly in July, at a Maidens volleyball game. Players carried flowers as they hugged her husband, Mark Saunders, who said, "Kim loved the volleyball team, and she loved Waynesboro. I can tell you loved her too, and we're going to keep her memory forever."
